Apply In-Person:
1. Visit the Municipal Corporation/Village Panchayat office of your area. You can find the address and contact details at the following links:

2. Obtain the application form for the registration of tube wells or bore wells from the relevant department at the office.
3. Fill out the application form with all the necessary information and details. Make sure to sign the form.
4. Attach all the required documents listed in the “Required Documents” section of the page to your application form.
5. Submit the completed application form and attached documents to the relevant authority at the office.
6. Pay the required fees for the application process as directed by the officials. Collect the acknowledgement slip for the paid fee and keep it safe for future reference.
7. The application and attached documents will undergo a verification process to check for any discrepancies.
8. Once all the processes are completed, the concerned officials will review and approve the application, proceeding with the registration process. The registration process may take approximately 30 days.
9. Once your registration documents are ready to be collected, the office will contact you at the given address to arrange for you to collect them in person or through any applicable means.
Apply Online:
1. Visit the Central Ground Water Authority (CGWA) website at the provided link.
2. On the homepage, click on the “Online Application for NOC” link.
3. Select “New User Registration” and fill out the “User Registration” form.
4. During the registration process, you will receive an OTP (One Time Password) on your mobile for verification. Enter the OTP to verify your mobile number.
5. Complete the remaining sections of the form and click on “Proceed” to finalize the registration process.
6. Return to the homepage and click on “Applicant Login.” Enter your username and password, then click on the “Login” button.
7. After logging in, click on “Apply” and choose one of the options provided for the “New Application form for Industrial/ Infrastructure/ Mining application.”
8. Fill out all the sections of the form and save each section as a draft.
9. Upload the required documents in their respective tabs. Note that the scanned copy of the application with signature and seal should be attached in the “Application with Signature and Seal” section after completing all information but before the final submission.
10. Click on the “Submit” button in the “Final Submit” form.
11. After the successful submission of the application form, an application number will be generated.
12. The application will be automatically forwarded to the respective offices, and there is no need to send a hard copy of the application.
13. Please note that once the application is submitted, it cannot be edited. To check the status of your application, select the “Track your Application” link on the homepage.
14. In the “Status” column, click on “View” for the required application number to see the status of the submitted application.

– Sketch map of the proposed area signed by the Revenue Inspector
– No objection certificate of neighboring residents (if necessary)
– Patta or sales deed of the land
– Payment receipt
