How the borewell drilling process works

Site visit & groundwater survey
A site visit and, where you want one, a scientific water survey using resistivity testing.

Water point identification
The most promising water-bearing zone is marked, based on geological analysis.

Rig mobilization
DTH, rotary or slow rigs are mobilized based on your site’s terrain, access and depth needs.

Drilling & borewell construction
Drilling is done to the required depth (150–1500 ft) with structural precision.

Casing pipe installation
PVC or MS casing protects the borewell from collapse and contamination.

Yield test & measurement
Discharge is measured in litres per minute (LPM) so you know what the borewell delivers.

Pump installation
The right pump is installed for the depth, water level and how you will use the water.
08
Cleaning & commissioning
Final flushing, disinfection and setup, so the borewell is clean and ready to use.
